Registered in Ukraine as a sole proprietorship, EDRPOU 16769038. One legal entity issues the invoice, books the coach and signs the hotel contract.

Financial guarantee

Tourist payments sit under a financial guarantee contract, so a deposit is refundable if a departure is cancelled before the coach leaves Przemysl.

Human planners

No bots and no call queues. A named planner answers within one working day, and a Ukrainian speaking group leader travels on every departure of 20 or more.
